MAJOR ACTIVITIES FOR THE YEAR 2009-10

• Discussion on how one can become a good Project Manager and the need to bring a ‘human face’ to management.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification training.
• Seminar on importance of QMS (Quality Management System)
• Training on usage of proper project management tools
• Seminar on risk management planning
• Live case studies of Successful and not very successful projects
• Collaborative session(s) with PMIPCC

MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS

• ITsAP (Formerly HYSEA) and Project Management Institute – Pearl City Chapter have agreed in principal to sign a Memorandum of Understanding to establish PM forums at three ITsAP (Formerly HYSEA) members companies.
