OBJECTIVE OF THE FORUM
Is to promote “Thought Leadership” by bringing experts from the Industry to share their experience with the CEO’s of member companies from the IT & ITES industry on topics relevant to them and also to facilitate networking.

- A scheduled CEO forum meeting with once a quarter.
MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS
- Organized a program on Inner Engineering - The peak of well being: An introductory talk by Shri. Lokanetra of Isha Foundation at Wipro, Manikonda on 15th July 2009. Isha Foundation, is a not-for-profit Public Service Organization dedicated to bringing physical, mental, emotional and inner well-being for all people through the science of Yoga.
- ITsAP(Formerly HYSEA) organized a CEO Forum meeting with Mr. Rajan Kaicker, Executive Chairman & Master Trainer, Franklin Covey South Asia on 1st June 09 at Hotel Taj Banjara. The theme for the meeting was "Interventions for building sustained superior productivity through focus on Execution” & the discussions were steered by Mr. Rajan Kaicker.
- ITsAP (Formerly HYSEA) organized a CEO Forum meeting with Mr. T. V. Mohandas Pai, Member of the Board and Director-Human Resources, Education and Research and Administration, Infosys Technologies on 6th December 2008 at Infosys Campus, Gachibowli. Mr. Pai talked about "The current Economic and Security Challenges being faced by the Industry". More than 30 CEOs from member companies attended the interactive meeting with Mr. Pai.
- ITsAP (Formerly HYSEA) hosted a CEO Forum meeting with Mr. Arjun Rao, CEO, ValueLabs. He spoke on "The ValueLabs growth story - from 3 people to 1500 people - sharing what worked for us...” It was a highly interactive session and was considered immensely valuable by CEOs/Senior Leadership who attended the session. The growth of ValueLabs from 3 associates to 1500 associates with spectacular business results over a short period of 10 years could be role model for emerging companies.
- Mr. Ganesh Natarajan, CEO, Zensar Technologies was the keynote speaker of the inaugural CEO Forum on 7th November 2006. Mr. Natarajan gave a new acronym to the word CEO: Clairvoyant Evangelist Orator and also dwelt at length on the importance of the 5F’s toolkit (Fast, Focus, Flexible, Friendly and Fun) propounded by R. M. Kanter of the Harvard Business School.
- Dr. Krishna Vedula, Professor and Dean Emeritus, University of Massachusetts, Lowell addressed the CEO Forum on 16th March 2007 on “US-India Collaboration for Global Engineering Education”. Some key leaders from academia also attended the meeting.
- ITsAP (Formerly HYSEA) hosted a special CEO Forum with Dr. Kiran Karnik, President, NASSCOM, who spoke on “Strategic road map for SMEs posts 2007-08 Union Budget”.
- Keeping in view the objective of the forum in promoting “though leadership” , ITsAP (Formerly HYSEA) hosted Mr. Rajesh Settee, author of the book “Life Beyond Code” who spoke on very relevant topic of “Retaining Employees in a Hyper Growth Economy”.
